application manner
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
The substrate must be even, dry, solid, as well as dust, contamination, bacteria (fungi, mould, mosses) and other chemicals free, etc. All contamination must be washed under high water pressure. Old render and paint coatings of poor adhesion must be removed. Fill in any cracks with adhesives KS 10, KS 20, KU 11, KU 21 or KW 12 (max. up to 6.0 mm on one coating) or standard render mortar. It’s recommended to apply GA 10 Acrylic Primer or GN 10 Silicone Primer on substrates with poor load-bearing capacity, highly absorptive and chalky (i.e. leaving dust traces after palm rubbing) in order to strengthen them and reduce absorption. If necessary, level the surface with Adhesives KU 11, KU 21 or KW 12. The render can be applied on fresh cement and cement-lime after min. 28 days, while on concrete after min. 3 months. For thermal insulation systems the base coat must be seasoned for min. 3 days. All substrates must be stabilized regarding the moisture level and the hardening process must be completed. Before render application it is necessary to prime the substrate with PN 30 or PA 10 Base Coat with a colour similar to the plaster’s.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Before application mix the entire content very carefully with of a slow-speed drill till obtaining a uniform consistency. If necessary, add small amount of water (max. up to 1.5%). While applying mechanically, the max. amount of water to 25kg of the render is 100ml. The quantity of water should always be identical. Water additive may change the properties of the render and its colour. Do not add any substances such as cement, sand or other to the render. The areas where the product was used or elements covered with the product must be ventilated until the odour vanishes completely. Only then can they be used.
