Additive to Mosaic Renders – Mica

Mika is a mineral decorative additive for mosaic renders. The flakes emphasize the aesthetic qualities of the render, creating subtle reflections, visible in daylight and, with adequate lighting, in artificial light too.
The mica effect is an interesting proposition for finishing buildings’ surface elements, both in a modern and traditional style.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
To mix mosaic renders from one order, you should add the same amount of mica.
REMARKS / RECOMMENDATIONS:
To avoid differences in the final effect, one surface should be covered with render having exactly the same amount of mica. Due to the natural origin of the additive, the smudging effect can be seen on light renders during the rubbing process. In order to avoid this, it is necessary to test the effect on a small area before application.
