FA 10 Facade Acrylic Paint is intended for protective and decorative painting and renovation of residential, commercial, industrial and public buildings. It can be used on all mineral substrates such as: cement, cement and lime plasters, concrete and thin-layer mineral plasters. FA 10 Facade Acrylic Paint is a very up-to-date product. It contains special synthetic resins providing unique elasticity.
Thanks to the applied compilation– FLEXIFORMULA - the paint:

The substrate must be dry, solid, dust, contamination as well as biological aggression (fungi, moulds, mosses) and chemicals free, etc. Fresh thin-layer mineral renders should be painted min. 14 days after application, cement and cement and lime plasters after min. 28 days, whereas concrete after min. 3 months. All substrates must be stabilized regarding the moisture level and the hardening process must be completed. All contamination must be washed under high water pressure. Old render and paint coatings of poor adhesion must be removed. Fill in any cracks with the following adhesive mortars: KS 10, KS 20, KU 11, KU 21, KW 12 or a standard render mortar. Before applying the acrylic paint on both new and restored substrates, use GA 10 Acrylic Primer.
Mix the paint carefully, always apply 2 coatings - using paintbrush, roller every 4 hours or wet-on-wet hydrodynamic spraying method. Do not mix with other paints and do not dilute with water! During the first application the paint can be diluted up to 10% with GA 10 Acrylic Primer. The adopted dilution ratios have to be preserved on the entire painted surface. Apply the second coating with non-diluted paint. In order to avoid diffrences in colour shades, cover one surface with the product having the same batch number (expiry date and batch number on the container). Before using mix the paints from different batches. Work breaks should be scheduled in advance, e.g. after work is completed (e.g. in corners, under drainage pipes, etc.).
Apply when the temperature is between +5ºC and +25ºC. Do not apply on heated substrate. During the render application and drying time avoid direct sun exposure, strong wind and rain. Protect the painted surface with a foil or dense mesh till drying. The temperature during application and over the next 24 hours must not be lower than +5ºC. After application wash the tools with water. Application of dark and intense paints in insulation systems (at light reflectance value (LRV) below 20%) should not exceed 10% of the painted surface. Before applying the paint check the compatibility of the ordered colour on a small wall section. Any suggestions regarding unusual features of the render and the colour must be reported to the seller immediately. Works must be carried out in accordance with principle construction rules, as well as HSE standards and regulations. In case of using the product with other manufacturers’ products, the company shall not bear any responsibility.
Keep in tightly closed containers. Protect from frost and sunlight. Storage temperature should be between +5ºC and +30ºC.
Paintbrush, syntex roller, natural with bristle height over 19 mm, hydrodynamic painting unit (nozzle 0.43mm, pressure 180 bar, dilution - none). The areas where the product was used or elements covered with the product must be ventilated until the odour vanishes completely. Only then can they be used.
